1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Digital Nexus Creations warrants that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This includes:

• Structural defects in materials
• Manufacturing errors in assembly
• Defects in workmanship
• Non-conformance to agreed specifications
• Premature failure under normal use conditions

1.2 Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and extends for 90 days. Warranty claims must be submitted within this period.

2. Warranty Claims Process

2.1 How to Submit a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

• Order number or invoice number
• Description of the defect or issue
• Photographs showing the problem
• Date of delivery
• How the item has been used since delivery

2.2 Claim Evaluation

We will evaluate warranty claims within 5 business days of receipt. We may request additional information or photographs to properly assess the claim.

2.3 Resolution Options

For valid warranty claims, we will provide one of the following resolutions:

• Repair: Fix the defective item at no charge
• Replacement: Provide a new item of equal value
• Refund: Refund the purchase price (less shipping)
• Credit: Provide store credit for future purchases

3. What Is Not Covered

3.1 Normal Wear and Tear

• Surface scratches from normal use
• Fading or discoloration over time
• Wear patterns from regular handling
• Changes in appearance due to age

3.2 Misuse or Abuse

• Damage from excessive force or impact
• Use beyond intended applications
• Exposure to extreme temperatures or conditions
• Improper handling or storage

3.3 Modifications

• Damage caused by customer modifications
• Alterations made after delivery
• Use of non-approved parts or materials
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

3.4 Environmental Factors

• Damage from weather exposure (unless weather-resistant)
• Chemical damage or contamination
• UV degradation (unless UV-resistant)
• Moisture damage (unless waterproof)

3.5 Design Issues

• Problems with customer-provided designs
• Issues arising from design specifications
• Compatibility problems with intended use
• Design changes requested after production

4. Material-Specific Warranties

4.1 3D Printed Items

For 3D printed products, we warrant against:

• Layer separation or delamination
• Structural cracks in printed material
• Print failures that affect functionality
• Material defects in filament or resin

Not covered: Layer lines, support marks, minor surface imperfections, warping within tolerance

4.2 Woodworking Projects

For woodworking items, we warrant against:

• Joint failures or structural problems
• Finish defects (bubbles, runs, peeling)
• Wood splitting or cracking from manufacturing
• Hardware failures (hinges, handles, etc.)

Not covered: Natural wood grain variations, minor scratches, wood movement, hardware wear

4.3 Epoxy Resin Items

For epoxy resin products, we warrant against:

• Resin cracking or chipping
• Delamination from wood or other materials
• Major bubbles or voids affecting structure
• Premature yellowing or clouding

Not covered: Minor bubbles, color variations, surface imperfections, normal aging

5. Warranty Limitations

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the defective item. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of use or business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Shipping costs for warranty returns

5.2 Single Remedy

The remedies provided in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to customers for warranty claims.

6. Extended Warranties

Extended warranties may be available for certain products or applications. Extended warranties:
